It all started when my mom and I treated ourselves to a weekend cake class. I’d always loved baking in high school, but this introduced me to a whole new world of cake decorating. I was hooked, and since then have travelled extensively across the US, on a mission to constantly expand my skills and knowledge.
Today, I continue to look to the leading lights in cake design around the world to bring the latest techniques and ideas to my work, making sure your cake really stands out from the crowd.
I consider it an absolute privilege and joy to be entrusted with some of life’s happiest moments and I can honestly say that seeing the look on people’s faces when I deliver their cake is something that will never get old.
